And the Discovery begins...

If your reading this blog, I'm sure you are connected with the online Disney community. When I was first bitten by the famous Disney bug, I joined the disney community by frequently browsing message boards, listening to podcasts, reading blogs, and enjoying the beautiful work of the Disney company.

Since then, I have been wondering how I could give back to the community that has given me so much. I had contemplated starting a blog, but it seemed like their were quite a few out their, that were just repeating themselves. I wondered how I could make mine a little different, and I new I could start by finding my niche.

I know everyone, even those who are not big Disney fans, has a disney movie that they love. But most people's favorites are not animated movies, neverless the classic animated Disney movies. I think the classic animated Disney movies are something that is often overlooked, even in the Disney community.

Most of the Disney community is filled with information about the disney parks. Don't get me wrong, I love the disney parks just as much as the next person (no, more than the next person), but we wouldn't have any of the Disney parks without the Disney movies.

A few weeks ago, I heard of The 50 Animated Disney Movies Challenge. There is no set date for when this is supposed to start or end. I took this summer as a good time to try and watch the 50 animated movies, plus the sequals to all those movies. So, feel free to join me on this challenge!

I'm going to watch each movie, from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to Tangled, and every sequal in between, in order, then write a review on it. I'm sure it's not going to be easy, but I'm going to try and update this blog three times a week.

On Mondays and Fridays, I will write a review on the movie of that week, and on Wednesdays I will write about something I find floating around in the Disney Community. This Friday, I will post my first review on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

I realize, that I won't be able to review all 50 animated movies and their sequals before the summer ends, but I will still watch them all before the end of summer. Again, I would love it if you joined me on my discovery!

Please leave comments about your oppinion on my review, your own review on the movie, or anything you would like! I would love any support I could get, while starting off this blog. I'm looking forward to starting off this blog on Friday morning, and hope that the rest of your week goes well!
